My fourth time going through the blind guy and continue to appreciate their professionalism, timeliness and thoughtfulness.
We had an older sunsetter awning replaced. No one would come out to very remote Ritzville. Tri Cities drove the 2 hours to come out with the estimate and then the awning installation. Love our awning! Thank you Blind Guys!
Seth was awesome to work with - always on time and prompt communication. Alex installed my awnings with the help of a trainee(I apologize, I can't remember his name). They were on time and friendly. They had to do some troubleshooting and made necessary adjustments with a spacer above the door. Awesome service, friendly, and they left the work area clean. I'm a satisfied customer!
From start to finish we were pleased with their service. They were ontime, courteous and knowledgeable. Even after installation we need a couple of follow ups and all was taken care as promised. We would use this company again.
A bit on the expensive side, even with a 30% off coupon, but quality products and a reasonable turn around time from when we ordered until they were installed. Nick was the salesperson and was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. All and all, we’re quite pleased with the end result.
