Blind Guy Tri-Cities were great to work with. Nick helped me pick out an awning to fit my house. Alex and James installed it a couple weeks later with no issues. They did the work discussed, honored the agreement, with no up-sell, and were always responsive to communication. They were a great company to work with.

Nick and Jack came to replace two sets of blinds. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and did great work! Before they left, Nick suggested I try the blinds. That's when I realized I'd rather have one set draw from the other side. I had worked with Nick before and he had been very accommodating, so I wa comfortable asking if they could be changed. He contacted me approximately thirty minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm his estimated arrival time.
