We are return customers. In the past, they have installed a variety of styles to meet our needs in different rooms. Recently we called with a question. The office staff was polite and professional. And, Andy showed up the very next morning to make a minor adjustment. He was quick, efficient and stayed long enough to check everything else out as well. Thank you Blind Guy(s)!

The Blind Guy put up beautiful blinds in our home. Twice now, my dog has torn up the pull cord on the glass door blind trying to get outside when no one was home. Twice now, they have shown up on the same day called, repaired the issue very quickly, and adamantly refused to take payment for the repair. This time he actually changed out the cord so the dog can no longer reach ... just in case. They are the definition of incredibly good customer service. Oh - and the product is wonderful too. Can't recommend them enough.
Very responsive. Made recommendations without trying upsell. Made ordering and installation easy. Blinds look great. Would use again.
