Very pleased with The Blind Guy. Customer service is top notch- they installed our window coverings throughout our new build a little over two years ago and we’ve had troubles with the one installed in my daughter’s room. They’ve replaced twice for us- it turns out my daughter wasn’t opening and locking it properly and they still replaced no questions asked. Every time I call them they are quick to respond and get someone out. We’ve had no issues with any of our other window coverings throughout the house. Highly recommend!

Overall wonderful experience. I got zero other quotes, I didn't need to. Andy came out to give us a quote and measure our windows. Felt like I was chatting with an old family friend, super nice and very helpful with all my questions. Our blinds came in fairly quick, they were very flexible with installation date and time. Installation was a breeze. Very happy with the outcome and the warranty offered.

Love this company! Ordered some beautiful black transitional shades from them and thought it would take 6-8 weeks and they had them ordered and installed in about 2 weeks (to be clear, it’s not usually that fast). Andy and AJ were knowledgeable and friendly and had some great advice for when we end up replacing windows (including a company to work with for that).
