Owner seems sleezy. Overpriced and inferior product. Happy I didn't do business with them for my apartments. Notice the owner has responded and called me a former employee. I have never worked here. I own apartments, I don't work in your retail shop. As well, they respond to every negative review and try to get them taken down. My review is legitimate. Your place is terrible. Don't try to cheat the reviews.
This place is so overpriced and the owners are awful. They treat their employees and customers poorly. Surprised they are in business.
Quality products, expert install, fair prices and after install customer service is the greatest.
I recently called in to ask about some clips for my sliding glass door blinds. Although I had no idea how to articulate what I was looking for, they were so helpful and actually found what I was looking for! The staff is very friendly and I will be using them for all of my blinds needs and questions moving forward. Thank you!
Bought blinds 15 years ago (for entire house) had a few repairs along the way… lifetime warranty is VERY real.. along with EXCELLENT customer service… I am SO GLAD I picked this company!!
