I have used The Blind Gallery several times in the past and have always been treated in a friendly and more than fair manner. I recently needed what I thought were probably unavailable parts for some blinds that were purchased elsewhere and as a last resort decided to try TBG. I was met by the manager, Heather Byers, with the biggest smile and friendliest personality you will find. I had some blinds that I could not get to work. Dropped them off and Blind Gallery had them fixed and ready for pickup the next day! Great & friendly service!
