We called on a Tuesday and he came the next day. He fixed our Top down/Bottom up blinds that we had intentions of fixing ourselves but found it was too tricky. The price was reasonable and he even added some extra cord on a couple of other blinds, free of charge. We would definitely recommend The Blind Doctors.
The fastest service ever – I called to have 4 blinds fixes, He was very friendly he came out and had every thin working and fixed in 2 hours from when I called. GREAT service.
WORST SERVICE EVER! – This was the worst service ever. The guy came and after trying to fix our blinds for a little while, told me he would be back with a part he needed in a couple hours. NEVER came back, never called. Left a huge mess in our kitchen and we had no blinds on our back sliding door in the dead of summer. Monday morning, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called and he said he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back.
