I called the Blind Doctors about 7 days before Christmas. My dog had destroyed several sets of blinds and we are renting, so I needed them repaired asap. He came to my house and measured the blinds that needed fixing. He said it would be a week or two to get the parts in. Today is Feb 21st. The company will not call me back. I have spoken to someone one time and he said he just got a shipment in so he needed to check it and call me back. I have STILL not heard back from them. We called on a Tuesday and he came the next day. He fixed our Top down/Bottom up blinds that we had intentions of fixing ourselves but found it was too tricky. The price was reasonable and he even added some extra cord on a couple of other blinds, free of charge. We would definitely recommend The Blind Doctors.
The fastest service ever – I called to have 4 blinds fixes, He was very friendly he came out and had every thin working and fixed in 2 hours from when I called. GREAT service.
I am the current owner of the blind doctors. In 18 plus years in business, we have never had a complaint that we left unresolved. In this case of wifeypoomommy, she has ignored our efforts to make amends. The landlord DOES know of the situation and continues to do business with us. They did pay the bill. Citysearch and YP have failed to post our responses. It is my hope that this post will make it through.
WORST SERVICE EVER! – This was the worst service ever. The guy came and after trying to fix our blinds for a little while, told me he would be back with a part he needed in a couple hours. NEVER came back, never called. Left a huge mess in our kitchen and we had no blinds on our back sliding door in the dead of summer.
