I had a Hunter ******* blind that needed repaired. After calling two blinds repair people who never called me back, I called the Blind & Shutter Store to see what they could do. They called me back immediately, scheduled a visit and was on time and was able to get my blind off and sent to Hunter ******* for repair immediately. Pat *****, the owner is great to work with. We met him at the showroom and decided on the blinds we liked. Then he met us at our home with samples of our preferences so we could decide on best colors for our decor. He was very helpful with our final selections ad budget considerations. We needed some versatility with our window lighting in a couple rooms and were looking for some of the blinds that can be adjusted up and down. We thought The Blind and Shutter store would have what we needed and they absolutely did. Several options. Pat was great. He came to our house and helped us select the Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb Shades. We set up an appointment for installation and a few weeks later we had them up.
