Amazing customer service. We had 5 companies quote shutters for our new home. This company had the most knowledge about shutters. Both the sales person and Installer were on time. Our shutters are perfect.
Our whole experience right from Nancy showing us the various options for Window coverings - vertical blinds, shades, shutters etc., choosing our plantation blinds and finally getting installation done with Rob and Teri has been outstanding! Nancy did a great job of educating us about the pros and cons of each option and finally we chose Norman Wood composite plantation shutters. Awesome job! Nancy in sales was phenomenal....she knows blinds like I know fishin'. There wasn't a Q she didn't know the answer to. Her advice was spot on. Rob and Terry (the owners/installers) were great. Not a single hiccup in the process. Interior shutters made locally in Melbourne was our choice and they look beautiful! Thanks to all involved.
