Went here this afternoon with my fiancé. It was my first experience and I prefer to go to another local coffee shop. There was one employee working. A family was waiting for their coffees and food in front of us. The employee seemed frazzled, slow and careless. The lady in front of us asked for her Danish multiple times after they got their coffee and the employee seemed lost. We watched her make our "coffee" and only put milk, cinnamon and sugar. coffee is undrinkable, tastes sour and just bad, only serves food before 11am and not on weekends.
A little bummed! First time trying this coffee shop and the customer service just wasn’t it. Waited behind a lady or ordered a decaf waited for her coffee to be made before I could even order because they were counting the tip jar. Maybe just not the time and place to do that. Coffee was decent especially for how much cheaper it is than surrounding options!
