The older lady in the office is very rude. She needs to find another line of work or retire. She will deter potential renters because customer service is not her skill set. :(
I have been dealing with a leaking roof for many months now. It has literally put a hole in my ceiling. This is not a rental. Great ladies. Direct and to the point.
They’re very disappointed and disrespectful. It took Blanton 3 month to fix my kitchen and bathroom stink after calling them a few times. Today last week because the refrigerator went out. Someone from Ace Appliances came out and said the refrigerator needs to be replaced because it’s not repairable.
