Properties aren't well maintained and the staff is unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate with. It's amazing that they are still in business
The older lady in the office is very rude. She needs to find another line of work or retire. She will deter potential renters because customer service is not her skill set. :(
I have been dealing with a leaking roof for many months now. It has literally put a hole in my ceiling. This is not a rental. Blanton is just the HOA for my building so unfortunately I can’t choose a different company. For weeks I called them and every time she would tell be they are sending some one out.
