I was initially very pleased with Mr. Blanchard handling my probate case. He was kind and professional, but I had one sole purpose of filling probate and that was to take over a mortgage note/ property owed to my father after his passing. After my probate was completed I learned that no mention of the property or legal description was added so I had no way to record the deed in my name to pursue anything.
