I’ve been sober for 9 months and 2 days. Never thought I could do this, but if it wasn’t for the Blanchard Institute, I’d still be drinking. They’re the best. Accountability in morning urine specimens was a major play. It broke a terrible habit and craving. I don’t even think of drinking now.
I enjoyed learning new and getting a refresher when it came to the materials taught from the Family Systems Workshop. Thank you to the team at Blanchard! Very organized.
