Fiz uma reserva em Dezembro de 2024 pelo Booking.com, para uma visita em julho de 2025. Com 13 dias para a viagem descobri através do Google que o hotel estava permanente fechado. Não fui notificada pelo estabelecimento ou pelo Booking.com, porém ao comunicar a booking.com eles prontamente fizeram o reembolso e me ofereceram suporte para nova reserva, que espero ter o reembolso da diferença de valor.

Inadmissible de se retrouver devant la porte sans être informé de la fermeture. Et je ne comprends pas pourquoi Booking.com continue à le proposer. Ca va partir en procédure... Donc à éviter j'aurais du regarder les avis avant de partir
Questi “signori” hanno cancellato la nostra prenotazione a un giorno dal nostro arrivo a New York, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse avvenuta mesi prima e senza nemmeno una spiegazione! Viaggiavamo con un signore di 82 anni, quindi la vicinanza al centro città era stata scelta con grande cura per evitare spostamenti troppo lunghi.
