Blake showed up at our first meeting with comps of other local properties and a plan on how to sell my father's house. We walked around the house, he made a few recommendations to make things more "showable" and we listed it. 3 showings the first day and sold over listing price on day 4. He is very professional and gave us great advise throughout the process.
