The Blake is a beautiful facility, but unfortunately, the staff and management fall short in providing proper care. Communication about a patient’s condition does not seem to be shared consistently among staff. My mother-in-law suffered a stroke that left her blind and with short-term memory loss. She was unable to prepare her own snacks or clean her room. During her stay, her room was only cleaned once—conveniently, on the day she was leaving. I love coming here to see Miss Dana. She is having a very great time living here. All the staff are amazing and the food is wonderful.
