I went there to do a service and found the everything super clean and very friendly the team that took care of me.

Hector from the maintenance team is awesome! He was so kind and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain the root of our concern with our AC unit. - I am so happy my wife and I found The Blake! After having the worst luck with apartment-living, I can truly say that The Blake has been the peaceful home we’ve been in search of! I’d recommend to anyone :)
Originally had 5 stars and couldnt be happier. Now I have to sign up for some third party website all to say I dont have a pet. "Trying to crack down on unauthorized pets" is a BS reason to ha e me sign up for extra crap. I dont carr if its free sinc it comes with the threat if a 75$ monthly fee if you dont get it done and you have one week to do it or else. Other than that the apartment area is clean and well kept.
