The apartments are nice, and the location is great. However, they nickel and dime you with fees, and they seem indifferent when it comes to retaining tenants. They would rather see you leave than renew your lease at the current market rate.
My fiance and I have lived at The Blake for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there. The maintenance team was always friendly, kind, and professional. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was dealt with in a timely manner. The location is very nice because it is within walking distance of Publix and some restaurants. The clubhouse always seemed very well kept and clean, I often used it as a work/study area. My fiance and I really loved living here and often recommend it to our friends in the area.
