I want to leave a review for the most amazing PA, and receptionist Dianne at the blackwattle clinic Dianne is a guardian angel , she cares so much about the patients and is the reason I don’t get too impatient when Dr Ouzas runs late !!! Dianne always returns my emails promptly, answers all my calls with compassion and professionalism and I honestly just love seeing her when I attend my appointments. Do not recommend! Don't see Dr Ouzas. He has never been on time, often waiting over an hour after set appointment time. One occasion he was 2 hrs late. If you try book an early appointment, Diane the receptionist will tell you "Well, I actually don't know what time he will be in." So unprofessional, I have no idea how he still has clients.
