I’ve experienced better service and hospitality at a holiday inn. The woman who does concierge has zero sense of people skills, willingness to be helpful, or ability to make guests feel welcome. The morning of March 1st their doorman literally watched my senior parents struggle to carry their belongings down the stairs while he just stood there doing nothing. I have stayed 3 times and it is always such a pleasure. In the heart of downtown, close to some great destinations and foods. Highly reccomend.
I checked in for the very first time on the 28th and left March 1st. I met three very nice people. Shima, DJ and Antonio who was one of the servers at The Mercat. She and DJ were so friendly and helpful, she and DJ loved my conversation. John, who is one of the restaurant managers said he’ll take good care of me as well as Antonio. I love the food, the breakfast potatoes that were huge hunks, the sausage and a spot of coffee. The room was very comfortable and I got a great night sleep.
