Beyond the incredible history, the team here truly made our stay unforgettable. Our concierge, Lucy, and bartender, Jes�s, went absolutely above and beyond for us. From leaving a sweet birthday note for Miguel to making every single evening perfect with great conversation, drinks, and food at the restaurant, they made us feel right at home. Thank you for an amazing experience!✨
We loved the hotel itself, but the staff were not helpful. They didn't help us to with luggage on arrival or departure, greet us, or even ask if we enjoyed our stay at checkout. We are Bonvoy Platinum, and they have no breakfast on weekends. The weekday breakfast makes the Fairfield Inn seem luxurious. There is no coffee in the lobby, and no bottled water in your room.
