About this business

Specialties Most folks know the big places for BBQ: St. Louis, KC, the Carolinas, Memphis, and even Austin. After our success with our community tap house, we decided we'd create a place that would make the people of Spokane reconsider which town reigns supreme when it comes to great BBQ. Incorporating St. Louis, Kansas City, and Carolina styles, our brisket, pulled pork, ribs, hot links, and chicken have a rich, smoky flavor like no other. And with a 155-beer library, 33 taps of local and regional favorites, and a Certified... read more

Great new place, great healthy food options, great setting. I have been waiting for a place to make something with spaghetti squash.-yum. Bone marrow tater tots-still have to try. Bacon fat popcorn- yummy. Briskest options. GF buns available. Excited to go back.

Very tasty and unique menu, great setting. The beer selection was great too and looks to be getting bigger as they fill all the taps. Our server, Lisa, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which helped make the first visit even better!

Beautiful, sophisticated space and friendly staff. Food was delicious and the beer oh so tasty! Can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu and the extensive beer and wine list. Congrats and well done. A great addition to Downtown Spokane.

I had dinner there tonight and was truly impressed. The southern food was very tasty and well made, the service was attentive but not overbearing, and the patio was simply beautiful. Our drinks were good also and the server seemed to be well versed on the options. I will defiantly be back.

We had a great brunch here on Hoopfest Sunday! Best grits I've ever tasted. Our server Taylor was very engaging. Can't wait to go back for dinner!
