I have been to a lot of dance studios. This isn’t a diss to them. It’s just, they aren’t Ashley. I was looking for a studio space where it wasn’t caddy/clique like, where an instructor would take the time to break down moves so you aren’t hurting yourself, a safe place for expression in so many ways. The atmosphere is very welcoming and fun for every dance level. Ashley creates a variety of dance routines that make you sweat, laugh, and feel empowered.
I have been dancing with the black velvet dance studio for slightly over a year, this studio has changed the way I view and carry myself! Ashley always has new, fun, and exciting choreography for all dance levels! The energy in the studio is always so positive it makes me feel free and so empowered! Highly recommend this dance studio! I drive an hour away for this specific studio! It feels like a big family !
Black Velvet Dance Studio is awesome! Ashley creates a very welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door! The dance classes are so much fun, and the massages are super relaxing!
Ashley is an exceptional choreographer! Her classes are accessible to dancers of all levels from beginner to advanced! Since starting classes I have lost 25lbs and Ashley’s dance classes have been an integral part of my program!
