Headline: the worst rental experience I've ever had. Goodwill has better product and CX. Product: terrible - avoid at all costs. The suiting is cheap. It lacked buttons on the cuff, the front pockets are fake, the shoulders were way over-padded, there was a stain on the trousers, and the button stance was so low you could see my trouser waistband above the buttoned jacket. This place does NOT carry Tuxedos. When I walked in the employees seemed distracted, disgruntled, and didn’t seem to know what exactly they sold at all.
Kimberly was super helpful and made the entire process of getting fitted for a tux very seamless! I'm looking forward to receiving my the tux for the upcoming wedding!
Carly was great! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Super knowledgeable and fun. Thank you for everything 1000 times!!
