Consistently difficult to get help over the phone with long wait times. Difficult to find support when inevitable issues with their website pop up. Cart seems to wipe itself automatically, and logging in only works on iOS. Very helpful associates in store though.
We had such a great experience with Janet! She was so warm and friendly. Super knowledgeable and helped us out with every part of our order!! We felt heard and cared for!! So excited for the suit to come in!!

Do not use this company. This is my first review ever on Google, and I felt that it was important enough to share my terrible experience here to warn others. I made the mistake of using The Black Tux to provide suits for me and my groomsmen for my wedding. My wedding is in 3 days and one of my groomsmen has yet to receive his suit. Another one got his a few days ago, and I got mine 7 days before my wedding. So, their policy of getting you a suit between 10-14 days before the event is false.
