I had an incredible experience with The Black Tux, all thanks to Rain! Even though they were fully booked for the day, she went above and beyond to take me in and make sure I was taken care of. Rain was super nice, warm, and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and genuinely kind. If you need a tux, ask for Rain, she’s super awesome!
