Fantastic fitting experience for my son’s prom tux rental. I highly recommend!
Beware if you plan on using The Black Tux, they might cancel your fitting on you last second. Had an appointment for a groom tux fitting that I’d made weeks earlier and they canceled three hours before with no reason given. Pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they had no availability for an additional week+, and I was moving in two weeks, so I had to squeeze a rescheduled fitting in between packing, moving, and saying goodbye to friends. They were amazing had a last minute groomsmen issue and came in with no appointment they were able to accommodate me for the wedding. Thank you all mckenzie and jerome were amazing helping me out!
ALMOST perfect. I'd give 4.5 stars if possible. When I went in for an initial fitting, the experience was terrific. The woman who measured me was kind and professional, helping me weigh the pros and cons of renting versus buying. I opted to buy. Regrettably, when the tux arrived in the mail a few days later, it was sized all wrong (horrifying with a wedding fast approaching).
