Best BMW repair shop! Friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to explain.
What a nice family run business. They really helped me out as my Audi S4 needed oil change/tire roatation. At the same time it needed to be picked up from one body shop, and taken to another for a new clear bra. As I tried to figure out how to move the car around (and who was going to shuttle me), Jason said, "Oh no problem. I can run it over for you. I need to get a car back from there that day." Very pleased with the quality of work performed on our Porsche. As well as being professional and honest, The Black Forest went above-and-beyond in the courtesy department.
The crew at The Black Forest is wonderful. We have a "new" used BMW, our first one. Everything we asked was fully answered. The work was done exceptionally well and for a great price. We will be back for regular maintenance and other needs!
