Management promised us a lot when we toured the facility. Unfortunately, we were actually promised things that they weren’t able to deliver on. However, in the end, they did work with us to make the wedding all that we had hoped. The facility is amazing, and the staff that assisted during the wedding rehearsal and the actual wedding were absolutely the best! We can’t say enough good things about Josh and staff. They really went above and beyond to make the wedding magical!
We got married at the Black Diamond Lodge in February 2025. It was absolutely spectacular! The Lodge is beautiful and comfortable and the staff are awesome and incredibly helpful. Our families loved staying there and everyone raved about how great it was. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there’s a ton of space for everyone to hang out. The location is particularly awesome for skiing at Purgatory. The event space (with full bar and dining room) is also perfect for weddings. I can’t recommend BDL enough!!
The Black Diamond Lodge was the venue for our wedding reception and ceremony and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff was outstanding throughout the entire process and everything was completely seamless. I cannot praise them enough. If you need a venue for a wedding, family reunion, skiing trip, etc. The Black Diamond Lodge should be your #1 choice!
This venue has always been amazing, and the people who run it are also top notch! Spectacular views, every amenity, something for everyone. Highly recommend for your next event!
