Always have the best service here, the servers really take the best care of their guests that they can. The food hits 85% of the time, but I have had some misses - from "roasted" veggies served cold when supposed to be hot, to boxed pasta. The cooking crew/chefs have pretty good ideas for higher-end techniques, but randomly at times the execution can lack. The Black Cypress has a great atmosphere and attentive service, but I was disappointed by their Apple Cup weekend special. The dish—a pasta with red sauce and ground beef and pork—was verbally described by the server but no price was given. When the bill came, it was about $42. Considering their other pasta dishes, like the Spaghetti Pomodoro with meatballs, run closer to $30, it was hard to justify why this special cost so much more in my opinion. Amazing food with some of the best service I've ever had. A real gem in pullman. Highly recommended for that special someone.
Excellent food. The prices are comparable for a five-star restaurant. Excited to return. Terrific friendly service!
