We have worked with The Bitworks team for many years and upgraded to a comprehensive IT support with integrated cybersecurity a little over a year ago now. The team is highly responsive, quick to correct and/or take accountability for any missteps and are a true business partner. Shout out to Matt, Jackson, Ruth, JR, Sam & Garrett!
Brought my laptop into The BitWorks for repair. The back of the case had broken and fallen off. They figured out it was not repairable so I purchased a new laptop there. Price was competitive, I didn’t have to drive an hour and they didn’t sell me add-ons I didn’t need. Great place to do business with. Highly recommend them.
I used to love bringing my things to BitWorks for repairs. It was easy and quick. Now I have to have a monthly contract at the Taylor’s Falls location to get anything fixed? The freak? Who decided that was a good idea?
