To say my experience was anything short of horrendously traumatizing would be a MASSIVE understatement. I give it one star because I've been waiting for 6 hours in a room, I tell them I have to go to home and they said ima go talk to the doctor and come back, but they didn't show up.
The whole staff was professional and helpful, with Catelyn standing out as the most compassionate and helpful health care professional we've ever encountered, her presence and genuine caring nature put us at ease during a difficult time, we feel grateful that she was assigned to us.
