My mom lived in the Assisted Living portion of the Birches at Villa Rica for three years. We were pleased with the overall care she was given. She made lots for friends there and they enjoyed each other's time doing all sorts of activities. Rita Miller and her staff were good to communicate with us on a timely basis, especially when there were out of the ordinary incidents during the night. Great place!
My grandfather has lived here for over 2 years. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and treat him with respect. The activities department is phenomenal! There is always something going on to keep the residents from being bored or lonely. They know him well enough they can notify me when he seems off when he can't tell me himself.
