The only reason I'm writing this review is because I wish someone could have warned my family before we trusted this recovery center to help my Grandma. I'll try to keep emotion out of it & just state the facts: 1. They treat pain medicine "As needed, & upon request only" but they don't tell you that upon your arrival. My 86 year old grandma went 16 hours without any pain medicine just 2 days after a highly intense (I'm talking metal plates drilled into her femur) surgery. 2. MY FRIEND, AGE 90, IS VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER HERE. SHE IS VERY FRAGILE, BUT ENTIRELY ALERT & INTELLIGENT. KMT.
Skilled nursing facilities can really be hit or miss—and it’s honestly a little scary to trust one with your loved one’s care. But we felt confident that my mom was in good hands at The Birches at Trillium Woods. From the very beginning, it was clear that they were attentive to her needs and truly cared about her comfort and well-being. I feel strongly that this is an excellent facility. The staff genuinely care about their patients and are committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care.
Food is great! One time I had walleye!
This campus is truly stunning! The staff and all the amenities are just amazing! Loved ones are incredibly safe and cared for here!
