This campus is truly stunning! The staff and all the amenities are just amazing! Loved ones are incredibly safe and cared for here!
I had been in two different care units prior to going to The Birches. The care was excellent. I had multiple health issues and they were all addressed.
Day time staff was good but night time staff was terrible! Not safe at night - pulled my family member out over concerns from incident at night.
The Birches at Trillium Woods is an excellent skilled nursing facility and has achieved Five Stars in all categories by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services! The residents, resident families/loved ones, and associates are invested in our community and its success. Kudos to all!
