i have been living here since March of 2021, when i moved in i was 7 months pregant i told them that, my ac has been broke since then i have called they claimed its fixed works 1 day then stops working, it is now June 2021 almost July and its still broke and i have an almost 2 month old baby, its 81 degrees in my apartment and they have disconnected emergency mantince number so i have to wait until monday to get any help
I am currently a tenant here at Birches Apartment. I've been living here for a year and a 1/2 now and since I moved in everything that was promised to me and my family was not performed. There were roaches that was supposed to be eliminated the 1st month we got here. It's been 2 years now and now they overrun the apartment. I cannot cook without killing a dozen of roaches in my kitchen nor take a shower without seeing a roach next to me.
