Avoid This Place – Worst Tour Experience I toured the property with Kevin, and honestly, it was one of the worst apartment tours I’ve ever experienced. I was standing in front of him for a good 2 minutes before I had to say “I’m here for my tour” as he sat at his desk scrolling on his phone knowing he has a tour starting. He rushed us through the building like he had somewhere better to be, and the units he showed were dirty. One even had literal pubic hair still in the bathtub - disgusting.
