This year it has been a nightmare. I’m almost 8mo pregnant and management can’t fix the leakage of the entry of my apartment that has been like that for +9 months… it’s terrible bc my apartment smells humidity every time it rains. Dahmir and the maintenance team are the best, they are extremely responsive and helpful with all requests.
Courtney and the leasing manager are very unprofessional and gave me attitude and did not believe that the apartment was dirty which it was. Issue was resolved .
