Review of the Leasing Process: Jaida is a fantatic leasing consultant - super caring about what she does and made me feel really welcome at the community. Answered all of my questions, was thoughtful and personal while remaining professional. If looking in Conshy, make sure to speak to her and see if The Birch is a right fit.
Jaida was very professional, and she answered all my questions. Although no apartments were available to see, she did a good job of taking me through the virtual visit. I probably won't rent until I can see an actual apartment, but overall she was a great representative!
Unfortunately the recent reviews are a very good representation of how quickly the Birch went downhill. If you look closer the higher star reviews are from people who toured the property not actual residents. Don’t be fooled when you come and tour the agents seem pleasant and accommodating but once you are a resident trying to get assistance with even the smallest concern the switch flips and they are incompetent and rude.
