Pros: On the inside the apartments look nice, spacious with hardwood floors and good light. Cons: Beware the management is not nice and is known for targeting those that submit maintenance issues or complaints. There’s no AC or vents. The walls are very thin and you can hear full conversations from neighbors. The units are very drafty. The pipes have frozen over year after year and the heat is run on ancient basement boilers that cannot keep up. Carter from the contracted emergency response crew was consistent, kind and listened to what we as residents were experiencing. His skills , diligence and willingness to recognize and respond was a saving grace in an emergency. He went above and beyond. We are very grateful. Thank you Carter!!!!
