Rooms are nice, but the service is excellent
We have been Biltmore members for 5 years and have never run across anyone as rude as Dina Farron at the front desk.
Enough said!!
What a beautiful property. Here for three days and the staff is great. However, the place feels like it’s stuck in a time warp. Our room feels like we took a Time Machine back to 2005. No streaming. Wallpaper looks like it might’ve been last ordered from a catalog. Windows don’t open for fresh air. WiFi is slooooooooow. For $400 a night… I think I’d prefer an Airbnb.
