Surprised at all the positive reviews on here, Due to the fact that this place is completely horrifying. To start, This manager Michael ******* is very incompetent . he was very unprofessional, his attitude and discrimination was not appropriate, he showed up late to every "Scheduled" appointment. And He promises were not consistent and lastly he was always on his phone with "more important customers". Biltmore seems nice on the outside of things, but they really sock it to you when you move out. There were several times our sink became plugged as well and they had to come and fix it. Once time our air conditioner leaked through the wall and they waited several days to fix this. They kept saying it was the washer and we would have to wait through the weekend with soggy carpets. When we moved out they wanted us to buy new carpeting and it was perfectly clean when we moved out. I would not recomment the Biltmore or any other... read more
The Biltmore Although they were voted the #1 apartment in Omaha, I don't recommend renting from them. We recently transferred to a smaller unit. On moving day we went to sign our new lease and was told we couldn't rent with our dog - who had already lived there with us for 1 yr. Later we were told that the pet policy changed and he could stay there for the year, but no more. Communication between corporate and the leasing office is lacking.
