They dont like ethnic single mom . A friend lived in one of his property. Shes disabled had become a widow with a young child at home . She had only fallen behind by one month; they took her to court and kept adding fees so she could never catch **. Been at Bilotti group apt mass for 3 yrs. They are constantly going through maintenance men and management. They're rude,fix nothing. Found out not suppose to rent basement apartments in my city. I have black mold. Had a leak in my bedroom the whole wall was soaked and rug. They fixed the leak never replaced the wall or rug now all black mold."

Bad management seems incompetent at times , going downhill down the last several years. People that were good at maintenance replace by jerks . many Tenants getting gov subsidies , with money problems. I have had packages stolen and other items, Trash and rat severy were all and the problems linked to public housing.

I've been renting with the Bilotti group at their newly acquired residence in Massachusetts. I only ever heard from management once and that was when I was acquiring my keys. Their phone lines are never picked up, their maintenance is incompetent ( we fixed an issue after youtube-ing it in 2 minutes where it took multiple staff telling me it couldn't be fixed). I had an issue where my heat was NOT turned on, which took 5 separate people in and out of my apartment and a three day time span. I have tried calling them multiple ... read more
