Bill Butler was great to work with while buying our home in Melrose. He was knowledgeable about the area, the home-buying process, and strategies for making a competitive offer. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this business. Bill’s group did not disclose full information about a home and was very quick to put us under time pressures, while at the same time asking for extensions and being slow to respond. All in all they were pretty difficult to work with. I would warn anyone to be cautious when doing business with them.
Bill simply astonished us. Being first-time homebuyers, he was incredibly patient, super knowledgeable of the local market in Melrose and the surrounding towns, he simply made things happen in a great way, whether finding target houses, coordinating the timing of the inspection or keeping everything on track with financing and the mortgage process etc.. etc..
