I wouldn't work with this business because of false advertising. They listed a property as having over 1500 sq ft when half of it was below grade, 2 parking spaces when you can't fit a second car, and a remodeled kitchen and updated bathroom when you can see the remodeling was done in 2014 with minor changes. This house wouldn't have shown up in my search if it was listed properly and I wasted my time driving to see it in person only to be disappointed.
