Our family was on vacation from Alabama and we had an accident with two of our wheels off our Aventon. We went by and they were extremely nice and helpful. They were able to take care of us for sure! Also, the guy at the front desk (wasn't sure of his name), was so helpful with info on where we were traveling to. Thanks guys!!
Josh and his team at The Bike Shop @ Woodward are always super friendly and helpful. Happy to answer any questions and help you out however they can. I have had a great experience every-time I have come in and will highly recommend them to anyone. On my last visit I got a new saddle for my road bike and Josh was happy to help me adjust it and my saddle height to find the most comfortable position on my bicycle. The customer service is top notch.
