I inherited a road bike that had a bent wheel and non-functioning gears and brakes that I brought into the shop. Trek looked at it right away, and gave me estimate of $59 to fix it all with a complete tune-up. It was done the next afternoon. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and the adorable puppies in the store were a bonus. 10/10 would visit again.
One of the greatest staff you could have in a bike shop, very informative and willing to work with you! Keep it up guys!
