Took my 8 Year Old Road Bike in for a desperately needed tune up, Jumping out of Gear, Broken Spokes, etc. Got back like new, rides like the day I bought it and they even cleaned it for the time ever! Great Locally Owned Bike Shop!

Awesome customer service! Ben saved the day helping us get to Square to Square when our bike fell off our rack on the interstate. � He loaded up a rental & we were on our way in minutes. They weren't even open yet! My son was thrilled!

There are good bike shops all over NWA but The Bike Route takes the cake! Road bikes, gravel bikes, hybrid bikes and mountain bikes. The mechanics are the absolute best in NWA! I will buy all of my bikes here from now on!
