RecommendedIm a new rider and this is the first bike shop that didnt try and sell me a bike I couldnt afford! They have helped me twice now with no issues. Even set my brakes up for free! Some kickass people! Thank you!

RecommendedWhenever I need advice on my next bike, accessories, or any maintenance issue, The Bike Route is the first place I turn to. No online message board can give you an honest in person experience on so many levels. Their staff from top to bottom is friendly and never pushing for a sale. And their guys doing the bike builds and maintenance are the best in the area. Now they just need a coffee shop and Bakery next door and I’ll never leave. 😂

RecommendedI have had a wonderful experience everytime I have walked through the door. I purchased a bike in a rush and once I rode it I realized it didnt feel right. I went back to the shop and they offered to trade me out for a different bike that felt right to me no questions ask. Great shop and service!!
RecommendedI've known most of the staff and owner at TBR for over 5 years and can say without a doubt they are the most courteous, professional, and honest bike dealer in the area. I've bought 5 different bikes from them in that time, and, they truly do what they say they will do. I never had an issue they didn't resolve quickly and professionally. I can count on one hand how many places I've taken the time to write a review on, and, they have earned it.
