I just went to your store to get some work done on my bike and you guys weren't open yet? Nowhere on any of your doors or Windows do you post your hours? I'm not sure what business does that? Anyway I just saw here on Facebook that you guys open at 10 a.m.

I bought a brand new Trek Fuel EX8 29er last week and tonight was making a small adjustment to the dropper post thumb switch and the mounting bracket broke when I barely started to tighten it back down. I was frustrated and called the shop 45 min before they closed. They said bring it on down! I showed up and was upset and beside myself (picture a cat getting a bath). I got my Trek online and shipped it to The Bike Hub. I showed up fully expecting to grab a box and spend the rest of my day putting it together and pulling my hair out. I was greeted as soon as i stepped through the door. I told my name and order, and less than 3 mins later he said I was ready to go and handed me my paperwork.
