Passing through Spokane on a mountain biking road trip when I discovered my wife's derailleur hangar was bent. Stopped in to the shop and they had us fixed up right away. Super fast, and incredibly friendly. One of the best bike shops I've ever been to. Many thanks to the crew.

I love to ride and don't have much time to wrench on my bike any more. Hard to find a shop the NW with this caliber of service. They had the parts I needed on hand and got my bike back to race ready condition. Not that I am much of a racer..... just saying. Thanks guys!
John was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! I am completely new to this sport and was a little intimidated going into the store. After an adjustment, some accessories, and some basic cycling knowledge from John, I am feeling more confident and excited for this new challenge. We purchased our Trek bikes here 3 years ago. I picked up a nail this week and took the bike back for flat repair right at opening this morning. I was very impressed with how I was treated. In spite of the fact that I'm not a regular, I was welcomed like family. They were friendly, enthusiastic about bicycling and eager to share their knowledge.
