5 stars for sure. Went to a lot of local bike shops in the past month or 2 looking at all kinds of bikes. But Josh, holt, and the others here at The Bike Haven were the best and most appreciative to work with. They answered all my questions, answered everytime I called, which was a lot, and spent time after the we're closed making sure my bike was ready to take home. Can't be more happy with my purchase.
