I couldn't brake, my wheel was askew, and I was planning to ride Lake Shore Drive the next day. I was in and out in less than 30mins. No parts needed, just the awesome skills of their technicians. Friendly, informative, and efficient. I will be returning.
Great people, nice environment. Had a total of two bikes tuned up there and everything went as good as hoped for. Staff is always very friendly, upbeat, prompt and informative. They act like they actually like and appreciate the fact you're walking in their door. Also had some upgraded tires installed on two road bikes with no issues. Some accessories are a bit steep, but these guys need to make a profit somehow and are not any more expensive than what you should expect to see.
