I remember calling them to do a build. I never once mentioned how much money I had to deal with and or wanted to spend. I shared a couple of ideas I wanted to do to my bike. The whole conversation I honestly felt he didn’t want my business. I distinctly remember saying I thought about keeping my stock CVO bags. Once I said that he was like “We don’t build bikes like that, if you don’t have the tuxedo look we want then we wouldn’t build it”.
