Bought my first BX Bike Monday, a 2015 Road Glide Special. Flew down from Vermont, Lee picked me up at my hotel, their tech looked over the bike again and made sure everything was good for my 900 mile ride back home and they took the time to go over the entire bike with me. Lee made sure to say in touch w me the entire ride home, had a minor issue discovered half way thru my trip w the front tire being bad but they offered to take care of the replacement costs for me at my shop.
