Been here a couple times for various needs for my bike. Always great service, kind, non-pretentious and generally affordable
I can’t say enough nice things about this bike shop and the people who work there. They always get my bike perfect, they’re super nice, they’re pretty quick, and they’re fair on price
Sold me a bicycle 2 sizes too small awhile ago. But, it's still manageable since it's a gravel bike with relaxed geometry. Maybe my fault for not paying closer attention but it would've been better if they're more transparent about it. Plus, the bikes rear derailleur was a bit off on the highest gear and wouldn't always switch immediately. Also, when you buy things online, they don't send an order confirmation or tracking info. But, I still got the items in a timely manner.
Quoted me 100$ charged me twice the amount POST doing the work. Good old fashioned hustle, thanks Alex. Will not be coming “ back.
