Bike company and the people are great! The only thing about them if you need your bike service is that it takes a week or more. I had my rear derailleur adjusted and took them a week to do it. But over all they are great.
Kara and the Bike Co team rock! Some weeks ago I engaged them to help me get my new steed (a Santa Cruz Bronson 2015), and they were the only shop in a 20 mile radius that were able to get it for me in time for my trip, and then built it up like rock stars. Guys: thanks!
