Did my first class at this studio. The staff were helpful and friendly and showed me around. Carmen, the instructor, was fantastic.

I've been to bike and barre for a while like almost a year and I love Lindsay's class every time I go I get so excited she is so sweet and such a kind instructor that would correct you nicely also she gives you other modifications make the movement more easier I love her everyone is very friendly
