I tried my 1st Reformer class last week and I had an awesome workout. I was apprehensive to try at 1st cuz I don't know a lotta guys that have tried Reformer but Cassandra made the experience a great one. She took the time to explain how the machines worked and how to be safe at all times. She checked in regularly to see how I was doing and corrected my form when she had to. I have been coming to this gym for a couple of months now and have been enjoying my experience so far. It has been awesome getting to try different classes and all the instructors have been amazing, so friendly and motivating! I also want to thank Gabby and Cassandra for being so understanding when I had to leave a class due to illness. I’ve been coming to Bike and Barre for months now and absolutely love it! The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I leave feeling stronger every time. Lindsay is amazing—so encouraging and great at keeping the energy up. Payge’s classes are tough but totally worth it if you’re looking to push yourself and see real results. The whole studio has such a positive, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a consistent and motivating Pilates spot!
Bike and Barre Studio is such an incredible space to work out! The reformer and spin classes are my favorite and all the instructors really push you to do your best!
I started going to Bike and Barre since March and I've been loving it. The studio is so cute and aesthetic and the instructors there are wonderful. They are incredibly passionate about what they do and are always looking to help and support your fitness journey wherever you are at it. I want to specifically say that for pilates I enjoy Victoria's classes. Her class flows very well, she checks on everyone to help with their form if needed and has a cheerful smile on her face.
