They addressed unethical actions of their employees at the Camp Fire and terminated them. But the poor company still got slandered with negative reviews and ratings from the displaced residents from my town. Reading through all the attacks and adds makes me EMBARRASSED to have grown up and lived in Paradise among so many vindictive Sheep. Sorry for all the attack you incurred.
I’m an operator for Bigge and would recommend them to anyone needing their expertise. Everyone I’ve had any dealings with have been professional and helpful. Working for this company provides a great life for my family.
They obviously do not screen their employees. Hiring of disrectful people who make a mockery of tragedy would not have happened if they COMPLETELY screened those applicants. History of behavior is just as important as being able to do the job. Employees are a mirror of the company.....
Unless your company has a very clear social media policy and the 3 offending employees have a history of insensitive behavior, shame on you for firing them. Although the posts are in bad taste, giving into the social media PC trolls that want blood everytime someone in our society does something they find inappropriate or don't like is just as disgraceful as the employees judgement.
